Hard to use

I personally find this style very difficult to use, especially if you have a larger hand/wrist like I do. That being said L&L has always gone above and beyond on the customer service front to make sure I end up happy & I and always grateful for that.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and sorry to hear you have trouble with the Cuttyhunk. The slider knot can take a little getting used to, but it is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. From what I can see I already made you a custom Chatham bracelet at no cost - so hopefully that solves the issue for you. If not please let us know so we can help further!
