I have 8 other bracelets size small that fit perfectly! The new one is smaller The others and cannot latch! Very disappointed 😞

All of our bracelets are hand crafted and as such there might be a slight variation. It usually falls in a tolerance of +/-1/8" and I try to be as spot on as I can. Please know, however, you can always reach out if you have an issue, I'm always here to help!

To that end, it appears you ordered a small, historically you have ordered mediums. That might explain the issue.

Leaving a 1 star for what appears to be a size mixup, that was not our fault, is unfortunate. You have "8 other bracelets" so you know what we're all about. We're here if you'd like to swap it for one that fits properly and there is no cost to do so. Please email anytime.
